Epic Properties

Epic Properties began years ago as a commercial real estate brokerage company. Over the years it evolved into what it is today, which is a company that co-invests along with our investment partners in the specific real estate asset class of self storage. Each of our properties is solely managed by our StorageLink team, ensuring that our properties, and therefore our partners’ investment, are properly cared for in order to maximize returns.

At Epic Properties/StorageLink, we pursue the acquisition of self storage with value. This may be found in an existing, under-performing asset, which will benefit from our revamped and more aggressive management approach.
